Returns
 You have [7] calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.
 
 All Returns must fulfill:

  • Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Unopened and Seal Packaging.
  • With its original packaging & condition / As it. With box and price tags attached (If Available)
  • Within [7] calendar days from the day you had received the packaged.

Please wrap it with protective materials before you ship back to us. Feel free to checked that everything is as it.

**Return Shipping is Paid on your side. 

**items can’t be refunded or exchanged after [7] days based on the Invoices & Receipt. If you received wrong product. We will offer a FREE-REPLACEMENT and the product do need to ship back to us before any exchange can be carried out. If you wish to return the product for personal reasons, such as change of mind, unfortunately we unable to accept it.

Any claims made after 14 days will not be entitle. If your didn’t received your product or was damaged / lost during the shipment. Do notify us ASAP so we could assist you! You may request a refund OR a replacement Free Of Charges. If you unable to notify us within 14 days regarding the Packaged, you will be not able to submit a claim on the lost package. We will consider the packages is received in Good Condition and your order is completed.   

Roboz Hyperstore, We reserve the right to decline the return and refund if the reason of return is not stated as and (Subject to our review and approval):
 

  • The Returned Product(s) purchased was bought during Promotional price and Sales period
  • The Returned Product(s) is not in the original Sealed Pack.
  • The Returned Product(s) does not tally in accordance to your order Invoice / Receipt
  • The Returned time frame / Period has exceeded 

Refunds
 Once we received your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item within [4] Business days.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Shipping
 You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
